Scallop plates for scallops.
A very modified version of our Semi 19 plate - this one has been cut to a scallop shape and given a hand-carved pattern which gives each plate a distinct character. It took three glazes (and a lot of testing!) to get the right feeling.
The three different glazes are all applied with gradient, to make the transitions smooth and natural-looking.
