L’Enclume is the two-Michelin-starred flagship restaurant of UK superchef Simon Rogan, who (lucky for us) has been quite taken with our plates after being introduced to them by our UK partners Kinn Collective. Odd Standard plates now run throughout the meal!

All the products (with the exception of a few signature dishes) are made with the same clay and glaze. As the products are glazed differently the guests will experience both variation and continuity.
