Applying the same design philosophy as we do on our own collection, we also design for other brands. Our background from industrial production and our years of experience within strategy and marketing makes us skilled consultants within design and development of physical objects.
Sketches for RAK.
Sketches is a chef-centered product range that we have designed for RAK Porcelain (United Arab Emirates / Luxembourg). We wanted to create a series of products in the way an ambitious chef creates a meal - like cleverly choreographed theatre and a journey through different emotions, impressions and associations. All the Sketches products are available through RAK and their distributors.
Designing cups for Straffekaffe.
Our collaboration with the Norwegian Correctional Service (aka the prisons of Norway) started with the design and development of coffee cups - and setting up the new ceramic production unit at Hustad prison where the cups are being made. The goal of our collaboration projects is to strengthen the work activities - that are mandatory for the inmates - by designing products that are attractive to customers in both the prison shops and external shops.
Prison break.
Our second collaboration with the Norwegian Correctional Service (aka the prisons of Norway) was to design and develop a family of wooden boards. The boards range from small to large and are versatile in use, from serving grilled meat to chopping vegetables and eating cheese and crackers.
